Product Structure
1. Drum: The drum primarily serves as a support structure and forms the material channel. It is mainly welded from stainless steel plates, with material inlet and outlet ports at the top and bottom.
2. Permanent Magnets: The permanent magnets are composed of an outer cylinder, magnetic blocks, and magnetic pole plates. The outer cylinder is made of stainless steel, while the magnetic blocks are made of high-performance composite permanent magnetic materials.
3. Door: The door is used to secure the permanent magnets. Periodically opening the door allows for the removal of metallic impurities adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic plates.
Working Principle
Granular (powdered) raw materials and magnetic metallic impurities mixed into the raw materials form an annular material layer around the permanent magnets after entering through the inlet. The magnetic metallic impurities are magnetized by the magnetic field and adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets. The granular (powdered) raw materials, on the other hand, pass through the magnetic field area and exit the machine via the outlet at the bottom, thereby achieving separation.
