1、 Preliminary preparation
Environmental assessment: Before installing the pipe chain conveyor, a comprehensive assessment of the working environment is required. Ensure spacious conveying space for easy equipment movement and debugging. At the same time, check if the ground is flat to ensure that the conveyor base can be securely installed.
Material preparation: Prepare the corresponding installation materials according to the equipment model and specifications, including bolts, nuts, washers, pipes, chains, etc. Ensure that all materials are of qualified quality and in sufficient quantity.
2、 Installation steps
Assemble conveyor:
Assemble the various parts of the chain conveyor to ensure a secure connection and no electrical leakage. Pay special attention to the installation direction of the chain and scraper, ensuring that the conveying surface of the scraper is facing the conveying direction.
Install the base on the ground and secure it with expansion bolts. Ensure that the flatness and levelness of the base meet the requirements.
Installation of pipes and fittings:

When installing pipelines, ensure that they are flat and not bent, and that the bends are not twisted. There should be no obvious unevenness at the joint of the connected pipeline.

Connect the power supply and conduct a no-load test. First, jog the chain for 2 turns to confirm that there are no faults, and then run it continuously without load for 3 turns.
Observe whether there is any detachment of the chain and whether the scraper has any hard scratches. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately to troubleshoot.
3、 Subsequent work
Material carrying operation: After successful no-load testing, carry out material carrying operation. Feed the material continuously and evenly into the pipe chain conveyor, and after running for 1 hour, stop the machine to check the condition of the chain, joints, and scraper blades. After there are no issues, continue to run the material for one day and check the chain condition again.
Maintenance and upkeep: Regularly check the tightness and wear of the chain, adjust and replace it in a timely manner. At the same time, check whether bearings, motor reducers, and other components need to be oiled or replaced. Develop a detailed maintenance schedule to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
